Ballet for beginning to Advanced dancers

Our ballet classes stress correct placement (body alignment) and classical ballet technique. Class level is determined by the instructor and is based on an individual assessment after their first class. All students receive corrections during class to help them advance and individual restrictions or injuries are always taken into account.  Students advance to the next level based on the recommendation of the instructor.  New classes are added as needed.  ​All of our classes are ongoing, with the exception of First Position which is taught in a 10-week session.  NEW FIRST POSITION SERIES began January 22 6:00 - 7:15 p.m.   We accept new students into this class until the 4th week.  

Coco is back with ​BALLET II on Fridays 6:00 - 7:30.  Note this class has changed from IA/I to level II.

We train adults new to ballet in our First Position (Beginning Ballet) class, through Advanced Ballet.  All our teachers are classically trained and love to teach adults.  This is a safe place where safety and technique are emphasized.  We have watched many adults start from the beginning, evolve and dance.  We provide a welcome and friendly space to learn and progress.  We offer adult ballet classes 7days per week.

We have a wealth of experience in education, performance and teaching collectively over 100 years.
